                 HEALTH IS WEALTH 💪💪


1.  Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy,
       wealthy and wise

2.  Faith and prayer are the vitamins of the soul, man
       cannot live in health without them.

3.  Happiness is good health and a bad memory.

4.  Providing health care is like building a house. The
       task require experts, expensive equipment and
     materials, and a huge amount of coordination.

5.  Talking care of your mental and physical health is
           just as important as any career move or
      responsibility.

6.  I think it's really important for your mental health
      to think about the big questions, to discuss them
     and open your mind, in order to prepare you for
      both life on death.

7.  When wealth is lost, nothing is lost; when health is
       lost, something is lost; when character is lost, all
      is lost.

8.  A wise man should consider that health is the
      greatest at human blessings, and learn how by his
     own though to derive benefit from his illness.

9.  The way you think, the way you behave, the way
       you eat, can influence your life by 30 to 50 years.

10.  A desire to be in charge of your own lives, a need
         for control, is born in each of us. It is essential to
       our mental health, and our success, that we take
         control.





11.  My body is like breakfast, lunch and dinner. I
         don't about it, I just have it.

12.  He who has health, has hope; and he who has
         hope, has every thing.

13.  I believe that if you're healthy, you're capable of
         doing everything. There's no one else who can
       you health but god, and by being healthy i believe
         that god is listening to me.

14.  I believe that how you feel is very important to
         you look-that healthy equals beautiful.

15.  Health is the greatest gift, contentment the
         greatest wealth faithfulness the best relationship.

16.  True friendship is like sound health; the value of
         it is seldom known until it is lost.

17.  Laughter is important, not only because it makes
         us happy, it also has actual health benefits. And
        that's because laughter completely engages the
          body and releases the mind. It connects us to
        others, and that in itself has a healing effect.

18.  Health is the thing that's makes you feel that now
         is the best time of the year.

19.  I think it's really important for your mental health
         so think about the big questions, to discuss them
       open your mind, in order to prepare you for both
         life and death.

20.  Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our
         bodies together.
