         EXERCISES MAKES MAN PERFECT 👍


1.  Excerise is the chief source of improvement in our 
       faculties. 

2.  True enjoyment comes from activity of the mind 
       and excerise of the body; the two are ever united. 

3.  It's challenging, but you have to at least try to eat 
       right and excerise. 

4.  I wanted to get really fit. I wanted to lose some 
       weight. So I've been doing pilates and yoga, trying 
     to learn out my body so i won't be bulky.

5.  I think it's more important to be fit so that you can 
       be healthy and enjoy activities than it is to have a
     good body. 

6.  Number one, like yourself. Number two, you have,
       to eat healthy. And number three, you've got to 
     squeeze your buns. That's my formula. 

7.  To enjoy the glow of good health, you must 
       excerise. 

8.  Body building is much like any other sport. To be 
       successful, you must dedicate yourself 100% to 
     your training diet and mental approach. 

9.  Personally i need a high level of physical fitness in
       order to feel at ease. 

10.  Like a most people i can be lazy so it's nice to 
         have a goal or deadline or reason to workout. 
       I feel better when i get to excerise, or when  I'm 
         outdoors.  I like to hike, swim, and run, and i 
       love to play soccer. 

11.  I like excerise. I like a healthy body. 

12.  Tactics, fitness, storke ability, adaptation, 
         experience, and sportsmanship are all necessary 
       for winning. 

13.  You can't be fat and fast, too; so lift, run, diet and  
         work. 

14.  The only way for a rich man to be healthy is by 
         excerise and abstinence, to live as if he were 
        poor. 

15.  I would rather excerise than read it newspaper. 

16.  My job is to be fit and I'm really blessed that i get 
         to go and workout and live a really healthy 
       lifestyle. 

17.  Health is the vital principle of bliss, and excerise, 
         of health. 

18.  Time and health are two precious assets that we 
         don't recognise and appreciate untillthy have 
       been depleted. 

19.  Excerise is amazing, from the inside out. I feel so
         alive and have more energy. 

20.  Practice puts brains in your muscles.
